Cancellation Policy
* DEPOSITS - A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book all color, highlighting, and extension services. This deposit is applied toward your total at the time of service. It helps protect my time and limits last-minute cancellations. Thank you for understanding and respecting my schedule.
* A 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged for any no-show appointments, as well as appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service time
* If you reschedule within 10 days of your initial service date, the cancellation fee will be applied to your appointment, once completed
* If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you do not reach out to me, your appointment will be cancelled and deemed a “no-show”
